Male Stephen Kent

Stephen was born in 1803 in East Meon, Hampshire, England. and his baptism took place there on August 7th, 1803.  Stephen's father was James Kent and his mother was Sarah Newland.  His paternal grandparents are James Kent and Elizabeth Hogges; his maternal grandparents are Richard Newland and Rebecca Chase.  He had nine brothers and five sisters, named Moses, George, Thomas, Samuel, Joseph, Benjamin, James, Eli, Daniel, Sarah, Lucy, Hannah, Elizabeth and Jane.  He is the seventh oldest of the fifteen children.
